    How often should I eat?

    How often you eat is a highly contradicting area not to mention somewhat baffling. There are so many different schools of thought it can give you a headache. Some say eat small meals every 2-3 hours, others are firm believers in 3 large meals a day and no doubt you have read about those who suggest under eating all day and eating a large meal in the evening.
