Guest Post: Marathon Training the FITTER way by Elisah Van Vriesland!
Elisah Van Vriesland joined Fitter London last year whilst training for her second marathon. Instead of following her previous marathon schedule she swapped some runs for sessions on kettlebells, Crosscore, plyometrics, powerwheels and battling ropes with the Fitter London team. A very different approach to marathon training and a real difference to her target finish time.
