Fitter London strives to bring you exceptional classes. Our instructors are passionate about getting you FITTER and work hard to ensure every week brings new challenges, new tunes and unbeatable results.

We also believe in balance, which is why we have carefully structured our timetable with a combination of strength, interval training and yoga to allow you to create the perfect training schedule across the week.

  • Block of 10 Classes: £85 (valid for 3 months)

  • strength

    Strength Training

    Our Tuesday morning and Saturday classes focus on strength training, (which benefits ladies just as much as guys!) Fire up your metabolism with some heavy compound lifting.

    These classes combine pushing, pulling, lifting with shoulder presses, front squats, deadlifts and the snatch.  All combined with some intense core drills because strong abs = ripped abs! Strength training is one of the best ways to drop body fat by increasing lean body mass so you burn more calories at rest. Whether you wish to look slim and toned or build definition and muscle mass, strength training is essential for you.

    Core Training

    All training must be accompanied by a strong core, stability and balance. Our Thursday morning class is designed to help you build an awesome reflexive core strength that fires into action next time you sprint for a bus. The exercises incoporated into this class help you to improve joint stability and train your balance to injury proof your body.

    Each class kicks off with some speed interval drills to get you sweaty and then we focus on building effective core strength using pilates exercises, swiss balls, TRX and kettebell exercises such as the Windmill and Turkish Get Up.  Conditioning your stabilisation muscles with these exercises is an essential componenet of any training regime.  This class will also help you identify and correct any strength imbalances, areas of weakness and improve your overall posture by focusing on form and technique.

    Fat Loss & Conditioning - Bootcamp Style

    Our kettlebell bootcamp on a Tuesday evening is full of non-stop fast and furious training with kettlebells, battling ropes, War Machines and more! Whatever your goal this class will deliver.

    This high energy metabolic conditioning class is  designed to improve the efficiency of the bodies metabolic pathways to get your fitness levels soaring and keep your metabolism fired for hours after you’ve left the gym.

    Flexible Strength - Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga

    Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga is an energetic and challenging form of yoga that will leave you feeling amazing! It is a creative combination of dynamic flowing movement with breath and focus. It will improve strength, flexibility, balance and alignment.

    Vinyasa works alone or as part of a regular exercise regime and will massively enhance all forms of physical and life practices by encouraging mind to muscle connections; ‘being present’ with everything that you do. ‘Strong in Body, and Peace in Mind’

  • Spin bikes

    Fat Loss and Conditioning - High intensity interval training

    Every Friday and Saturday morning we run interval training sessions. Interval training has been scientifically proven to be the most effective and efficient protocol for weight loss, elite fitness levels and increasing lean body mass, the ultimate way to train!

    We use bikes, kettlebells, step boxes, bodyweight training and a high energy ( loud!) soundtrack to get you working at maximum effort  through rounds of intervals (never more than a minute!)  High intensity interval training delivers the best results, keeping your metabolism fired for hours post workout providing a far superior calorie burn effect and a fitter, leaner body.

    Our classes at INC space in Covent Garden are the perfect place to master, refine and practice your training technique.

    If you are new to kettlebells and bodyweight conditioning head to our Wednesday evening classes to perfect your form and technique for all our training systems. Practise brings the perfect physique and still guarantees an awesome workout. If you are looking for a general fitness class try our Work off the Weekend every Monday morning at 7am (Fitness First Covent Garden) for a great introduction to conditioning workouts using everything from spin bikes to kettlebells, step boxes and dumbells.
