This workshop is full of valuable information on everything you need to know to take your running to the next level.

What we will cover:
- Trigger Point Therapy and soft tissue release:
How to use specialised TPT equipment for massage and release muscles avoiding structural imbalances and tissue damage.
- Common running injuries and how to prevent them:
Don’t let injuries hold you back, learn the most effective exercises and stretches necessary to build a solid foundation for running.
- Nutrition:
Nutrition advice on the best pre & post run foods. How to fuel your recovery with powerhouse nutrients. Exposing common nutrition myths surrounding carbohydrate loading. The ultimate supplements for joint health, energy, muscle recovery and peak performance.
- Recovery and programme design:
How to structure frequency, distance and intensity of training runs. Why adequate recovery activities are vital to performance and how effective restoration is for progress.
The price of this workshop is:
£45 (if you bring your own TPT Grid foam roller)
£80 including a TPT Grid foam roller.
